Looking for change?

Change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Therapy is a place for change. Maybe you’ve been carrying heavy emotions, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or facing a transition that feels overwhelming. You might know exactly what you’d like to work on, or you may just know that something needs to shift. Either way, you don’t have to face it alone.

At Counseling with Compassion, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s happening in your life, understand yourself more fully, and begin creating the changes you’re seeking. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, challenge what’s been holding you back, and build practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply the desire to grow, therapy can open the door to healing and new possibilities. This is your space to show up fully—just as you are—and to begin the journey toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and true to you.
